ApneChoice operates primarily as a retailer/reseller of products obtained through third-party suppliers, distributors, wholesale markets, and other supply channels.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, ApneChoice does not manufacture the products sold through the website.
Products may include generic, unbranded, white-label, or third-party manufactured products.
The sale of a product by ApneChoice does not mean that ApneChoice owns the manufacturer's trademarks, patents, copyrights, designs, or other intellectual-property rights.
ApneChoice makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, photographs, dimensions, prices, and other information.
However, information may sometimes contain errors or may change because of:
- Supplier information;
- Manufacturer changes;
- Product batch variations;
- Packaging changes;
- Typographical errors;
- Photography or lighting;
- Screen/display differences;
- Technical errors; or
- Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Minor variations in packaging, color shade, dimensions, finish, labeling, accessories, or appearance may occur between different manufacturing batches.
Where a material error or discrepancy is identified, ApneChoice reserves the right to correct the information and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
All products are subject to availability.
ApneChoice may discontinue products, limit quantities, change product specifications, or decline an order where reasonably necessary.
ApneChoice makes reasonable efforts to display accurate prices.
However, typographical errors, technical problems, system errors, supplier price changes, or other circumstances may occasionally result in an incorrect price being displayed.
Where an obvious pricing error occurs, ApneChoice reserves the right to:
- Correct the price;
- Contact the customer before dispatch;
- Cancel the affected order; or
- Take another appropriate action,
subject to applicable law.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be handled through the applicable refund process.
Order Verification and Cancellation
ApneChoice may verify an order before dispatch.
An order may be declined or cancelled where:
- The product is unavailable;
- The customer cannot be contacted where verification is reasonably necessary;
- The delivery information is incomplete or incorrect;
- The order appears fraudulent or suspicious;
- There is an obvious pricing or product-information error;
- The requested product cannot lawfully be supplied; or
- Circumstances beyond ApneChoice's reasonable control prevent fulfillment.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate:
- Name;
- Phone number;
- Email address, where applicable;
- Delivery address;
- City/area; and
- Other information necessary for order processing and delivery.
ApneChoice is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, subject to applicable law.
Where Cash on Delivery is available, customers agree to accept and pay for the order upon delivery.
Repeated refusal of legitimate orders, fake orders, false contact information, or intentional misuse of Cash on Delivery may result in cancellation of future orders or additional order verification.
Customers should use products only for their intended or reasonably foreseeable purposes and should follow any available product or manufacturer instructions and safety warnings.
ApneChoice is not responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, improper storage, negligence, or failure to follow available instructions.
Unless otherwise stated, original content created by ApneChoice, including original website text, graphics, photographs, branding, website design, and other original materials, may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Such material may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without permission, except where permitted by law.
Third-party trademarks, brand names, logos, photographs, product names, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
Customers must not use the website to:
- Commit fraud;
- Provide false information;
- Attempt unauthorized access;
- Introduce malicious software;
- Interfere with website security;
- Scrape or reproduce website content without permission;

- Violate applicable laws.
ApneChoice shall not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:

- Floods;
- Fires;
- Epidemics;
- Government restrictions;
- Strikes;
- Riots;
- Civil unrest;
- War;
- Security conditions;
- Road closures;
- Courier disruptions;
- Transportation failures;
- Internet or telecommunications failures;
- Electricity outages;
- Supplier disruptions; or
- Other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ApneChoice shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from:
- Temporary website unavailability;
- Courier delays;
- Events beyond ApneChoice's reasonable control;
- Customer misuse of a product;
- Incorrect information provided by the customer;
- Failure to follow product instructions;
- Unauthorized modification of products; or
- Failures of independent third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
ApneChoice may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
The updated version published on www.apnechoice.com will apply to future transactions, subject to applicable law.
